Positive Zero partnered with H&H Property Management to implement a 7-year Shared Savings Energy Performance Solution for the O14 Tower. This project improved HVAC and lighting systems, reducing energy consumption and increasing asset value.
Highlights
Taka Solutions implemented energy efficiency measures like FAHU optimization, interior and parking lighting retrofits, and chilled water pump optimization.
The project achieved 42% energy savings, equating to 963,429 kWh annually, avoided 650 tons of CO₂ emissions, and delivered environmental benefits equivalent to planting 9,750 trees.
