Positive Zero installed a 1.5 MWp solar rooftop system at Alserkal Avenue, one of Dubai’s leading cultural districts. This fully financed solution provides clean energy to over 70 businesses, reducing emissions and promoting sustainable urban development.

Spanning four warehouse buildings, the solar installation generates 2.5 GWh of clean energy annually, offsetting 1,800 metric tons of CO₂—equivalent to charging 215 million smartphones. Positive Zero manages the full lifecycle of the project, including operations and maintenance, ensuring long-term sustainability for Alserkal Avenue’s creative and business community. This initiative reinforces the district’s commitment to climate action while reducing energy costs for tenants.
