Positive Zero partnered with Repton School to implement a 7-year Shared Savings Energy Performance Solution. This initiative reduced energy consumption and supported the school’s mission to lead by example in sustainability education.
Highlights
Taka Solutions conducted a detailed investment grade audit and implemented measures like chilled water optimization, pool heat pump installation, and lighting retrofits.
The project achieved 19% energy savings, equating to 1.7 million kWh annually, avoided 1,200 tons of CO₂ emissions, and delivered environmental benefits equivalent to planting 18,000 trees.
